Dear customers, the production process and quality after-sales service of our galvanized pot are described as follows:

1. All the galvanizing pot materials produced by our company are made of XG08 special galvanized sheet made by Anshan Iron and Steel Company. The technicians inspect each sheet by ultrasonic wave before the material is put into storage to check if there are any defects such as sandwich or stoma in the sheet. The sheet can be put into storage after the inspection is qualified for use in production.

2. Before the production of our company's zinc pot is finished, all the welds of the zinc pot are inspected by professional technicians. The standard is GB/11345-89 and the grade is BI.

Three. Zinc pots are made of several U sections and integral heads without transverse welds.

Four, zinc pot plate standard 60mm board can reach 59.8mm-60mm; 50mm sheet can reach 49.8mm=50mm in line with national standards.

Five. The zinc pot carries the plate quality certificate, the weld inspection report and the product instruction manual when leaving the factory.

Six, the galvanized pot made by our company protects the material and protects the weld.

Seven. The zinc pot is transported to the user factory. Our company sends technical personnel to guide the installation and commissioning.

8. The round corner of the galvanizing pot produced by our company adopts hot bending, and 300-360 degrees at the R angle reduces the damage to the sheet metal during hot bending, avoiding the sheet metal strain and thinning can prolong the service life of the galvanizing pot. Because the zinc pot in use when the corners of the zinc slag is not clear, easy to cause heat concentration and increase corrosion, only our company has such technology, equipment and processing capacity.
