1. Controlling the content of aluminum and iron in zinc liquid and controlling the content of aluminum in zinc pot must control the effective content of aluminum, as well as the content of iron in zinc liquid, so that the content of iron in zinc liquid is less than 0.03% of the solubility of iron in zinc liquid.
2. When the temperature of zinc liquid is in the range of 480~530 C, the loss of iron will increase sharply. In addition, too high temperature will cause zinc and zinc to oxidize itself to produce zinc slag. The temperature of the ordinary zinc pot is controlled at 460 + 3 degrees Celsius.
3. Slag fishing. In the galvanizing production of galvanizing barrel, the formation of zinc slag is inevitable. The main composition of bottom slag is FeZn7, and the main component of scum is Fe2Al5. In general, the bottom slag is removed not by dredging, but by chemical method, which is converted into scum. In general, the scum is dredged by dredging, and attention must be paid to dredging at the exit of strip steel in the zinc pot, because the scum here is easy to adhere to the surface of strip steel.
Zinc slag adhesion is the biggest problem in the production of galvanized barrels, so we should do a good job in advance to prevent it.
